FAQ'SCan orders be customized?
All natural products and jewelry are customizable. If the option is not there please reach out to me!
Are the pictures of the products the one I will receive?
Each item is handcrafted to order. The picture gives you an idea of what you will receive. No 2 items are ever the same! Items pictured may vary slightly to what you will receive (ie. size of stones, shape of stone and wrap design) due to all orders being custom made.

I try to be as quick at responses as possible, however some days I am unable to respond quickly. If for some reason I do not respond to a message within 24 hours please resend or try another method of reaching me. I always try to respond even with a quick response. I do not respond to messages between 9pm and 5am EST.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Yes I do! 30 days from the day you received it! The product must be returned in “like new condition”. All returns or exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process.
My best advice....reach out to me if there is any sort of issue.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! I have a 60 day warranty on the jewelry! You can either get a full refund or exchange on item that is not considered normal wear and tear. The jewelry is not intended for daily wear. It is designed to be a delicate light piece. Please remember these are made of Coated Copper to ensure ultimate conductivity of energy and the coating may wear down after time as with and coated metal.
The natural products due to health reasons do not have a warranty.
How do I schedule a session?
The best way to schedule a session is to go to the service page and scroll to the bottom and click schedule button.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Emergencies happen so please reach out to me immediately.
Can any of your services hurt me?
No, all of my services are energy or vibration based. They are intended to raise your vibration and can not hurt you. For example if your listening to a sad song the vibration of that song makes you sad and depressed but if you’re listening to a happy song the vibration of that song will raise your vibration and make you feel happy.
How often do I need to receive treatment?
It varies person to person. Some will only need one session to see results, others need to come back for multiple sessions.
Where are sessions and classes held?
All in-person sessions can be held at Tranquility Wellness Center in Westford, MA or you can schedule a session in the comfort of your own home within 30 miles of Nashua, NH

Typically it takes 1-3 business days to handcraft your order. Business days being Monday thru Friday. I follow USPS holiday schedule. The following holidays are not business days:

Free Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days from the day your order is complete and ready to be shipped. In total I would say please plan on up to 8 business days from order day to delivery.
